1. Nature of Services

Trumentis offers online talk therapy and psychological counseling services for mental health and emotional well-being. Individual counseling sessions, online psychological support, CBT-informed talk therapy techniques, and mental health education and guidance are among the services we offer. These services do not take the place of medical or psychiatric care; rather, they are meant solely for support and personal growth.

2. No Psychiatric or Medical Services

Trumentis is not a hospital. We don’t diagnose illnesses, we don’t write prescriptions, and we don’t practice medicine or psychiatry. You must speak with a qualified healthcare provider if you need medical care, a diagnosis, or a prescription.

3. Emergency Situations

Emergency scenarios are not intended for our services. You should get in touch with emergency services or a licensed medical facility right away if you are experiencing a mental health emergency, self-harming thoughts, or imminent danger. Crisis intervention and emergency response are outside the purview of Trumentis.

4. Therapy Approach

Evidence-based talk therapy approaches, client-centered psychological support, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) procedures form the foundation of our counseling approach. The results of therapy can differ from person to person, and we cannot guarantee any certain outcome.

5. Confidentiality

We value your confidentiality and privacy. Discussions during sessions and any personal information are kept private. Unless mandated by law or in situations where there is a risk of harm to oneself or others, information is never disclosed to other parties without permission.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you commit to giving accurate personal information, using the platform in a courteous and responsible manner, showing up on time for booked sessions, and not misusing, recording, or disseminating session content without authorization.

7. Booking and Payment

Reservations for all sessions must be made via our website or official channels of communication. The cost of each session for Pakistani consumers is PKR 1000. Depending on the type of service and the client’s location, the session price for foreign clients is set at an appropriate amount in US dollars. But the starting price is 100 US dollars. For clients in Pakistan, we accept JazzCash and bank transfers; for clients in other countries, we allow Payoneer (USD payments via invoice or payment request). Prior to or at the time of booking, payment must be made. Payment verification is followed by session confirmation. Depending on the client’s location and the type of service, prices may change.

8. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or late cancellations might not be reimbursed. Service limitations could be imposed for persistent no-shows.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, all information on this website—including text, images, logos, articles, and resources—belongs to Trumentis. It is prohibited to utilize content for commercial reasons without written consent, distribute or sell platform resources, or copy or reproduce content without permission.

10. Limitations on Website Usage

Users consent to refrain from using the website for illicit or damaging purposes, attempting to hack, damage, or interfere with the platform, using bots or automated programs to extract data, and misrepresenting their identities or impersonating others.

11. Liability Limitation

Trumentis is not liable for any indirect or incidental losses, technical problems or website outages, decisions made by users based on counseling sessions, or the emotional or psychological effects of treatment. You are responsible for using the platform at your own discretion.

12. Modifications to Services

Without prior warning, we have the right to alter or stop services, adjust availability or pricing, and switch therapists or service arrangements.

13. Suspension of Accounts

If terms are broken, services are misused or abused, or harmful or improper activity is noticed, we may suspend or stop access.

14. Relevant Law

The applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Trumentis conducts business apply to these terms. Any disagreements will be settled by mutual consent or the proper legal processes.
