Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Our goal at Trumentis Therapy is to promote your mental and emotional health by offering expert, superior online counseling services. The guidelines for handling refunds, cancellations, and similar requests are outlined in this policy.

You accept this Refund & Cancellation Policy when you schedule a session or use our services. This policy is subject to change at any time and without previous notice.

1. Refund Conditions

In the following circumstances, refunds might be granted:

  • If a payment was inadvertently made twice
  • If a technical or platform problem on our end prevented the scheduled session from happening
  • If Trumentis cancels the session and it cannot be rescheduled
  • If a legitimate refund request is submitted within seven days after payment

Before being approved, each request will be examined separately.

2. Situations in Which Refunds Are Not Permitted

The following situations will not result in refunds:

  • If the customer fails to show up for the appointment
  • If the client cancels the appointment without adhering to the cancellation policy
  • Whether the entire or partial session has already taken place
    If personal expectations or subjective experiences are the source of discontent
  • Requests for late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time)

3. Rescheduling and Cancellation of Sessions

If a client wants to reschedule or cancel an appointment, they must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduled appointments are free of charge for timely cancellations.
  • Late cancellations won’t be reimbursed and might be regarded as finished sessions.
  • Future booking privileges may be impacted by repeated no-shows.

4. Refund Request Process

Clients must send the following email to our support team at the official Trumentis address in order to receive a refund:

  • Complete name
  • Payment information or receipt
  • Justification for the refund request

Your request will be considered after it is submitted, and you will receive a response in three to five business days.

5. Approval and Processing Time for Refunds

Refunds will be handled using the original payment method if they are accepted.

  • JazzCash or bank transfer (for customers in Pakistan)
  • Payoneer (for clients abroad)

Depending on the banking system and payment provider, refunds may take seven to ten business days.

6. Trumentis’s Service Cancellation

Any session may be canceled or rescheduled by Trumentis for the following reasons:

  • Unavailability of the therapist
  • Technical problems
  • Unavoidable or emergency situations

Clients will be given the option of a rescheduled session or, if appropriate, a complete refund in these situations.

7. Policy Updates

This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be updated or revised at any time by Trumentis to reflect operational changes or service enhancements. This site will always have the most recent version.
